I ordered once and the delivery kept getting pushed back without any clear update. I expected a much faster response from them, but I had to keep chasing it myself. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

I found a promo code before placing my order and figured I’d give it a try, not really expecting much. To my surprise, it worked perfectly at checkout and knocked a nice amount off the total. I had compared prices with a few other places, and this ended up feeling like the better deal. Nothing over the top, but I was happy to save some money without any hassle.

I ordered a couple of beauty items from lgbeauty.com and overall it was a good experience. Everything arrived in good condition and the products were what I expected, which was a relief. The delivery did take a little longer than I was hoping, so I found myself checking for updates and wishing there was a bit more reassurance along the way. Still, nothing was wrong with the order, and I’d probably buy from them again

I don’t know, something about it just didn’t feel worth the price. It seemed pricey for what you actually get, and I left feeling like the value wasn’t really there.

My order ended up taking longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t help much. It sat on the same status for days, then out of nowhere it suddenly changed. I kept having to check it myself, which was annoying and left me feeling mentally drained by the whole thing. The product did arrive in the end, but the delivery updates made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.

Maybe I’m missing something, but this just doesn’t feel legit to me. Something about it feels a little off, and I’m not totally convinced

I found everything quickly, and checkout was super easy. I was kind of curious if other people had the same experience, but the site was straightforward for me from start to finish.

I ended up returning one item because the shade just wasn’t right for me. The return instructions were easy to follow, and my refund came through after about a week or so. Not super fast... but it wasn’t a big hassle. Customer support did reply when I checked in for an update, which I appreciated. I’d probably order again, just hoping the refund process is a bit quicker next time..

Shipping was just okay. It took longer than I expected, the delay felt avoidable.

I tried reaching out to support twice and literally got nothing back. Just completely ignored like an idiot. the whole thing was a waste of time, and I’m definitely not using this crap again.

Ordered a few beauty things from Lgbeauty. Everything matched what I picked. Right sizes, shades, and amounts.
Only small thing: packing was a bit messy. One item was loose in the box. Nothing broke though, so I’m happy overall.

Checkout was a total mess. It kept freezing over and over, and then my cart emptied itself twice. I tried paying with my card and then PayPal, but both failed with some random error message. Such a waste of time, time I didn’t have, so I gave up and ordered from somewhere else

I went on Lgbeauty thinking I’d see a bunch of different brands and shades, but there really wasn’t much for what I was looking for. A few things I had in mind either weren’t there or only had like one choice, which kind of made it feel limited.

The site itself was fine to click around, so I can’t say it was a bad experience exactly. I just didn’t end up finding enough, and maybe I was being too specific, but still, I probably wouldn’t check there first next time.

My checkout experience was mostly fine and everything went through without any issues. I just would’ve felt a bit more comfortable if they had shown more information about payment security before I entered my card details

The quality seems okay overall, but I guess I was expecting a bit more. Maybe I had my hopes too high, but it just feels kind of mixed to me.

I had an issue with my order, getting it sorted was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I’m not trying to make it sound worse than it was, but I did have to email more than once, and the replies were slow. It kind of felt like if I didn’t keep following up, nothing was going to happen.
To be fair, they did fix the problem in the end, so I’m not saying it was a total disaster. But the process dragged on too long and wasn’t very clear, which made the whole thing more annoying. I’d probably think twice before ordering again, unless I was really sure I wouldn’t need support.

When the box showed up, I could tell right away everything was packed with care. My first thought was that the products were definitely safe in there. It just took me a minute to get through all the tape, lol

The staff were nice enough, but the whole thing felt kind of rushed. They did answer my questions, but not in a way that made me feel confident or fully understood. I walked away feeling like I had to double-check everything myself, which made me lose some trust in them. Not the worst experience, but I expected a bit more professionalism
